Guess who got the responsibility to be the official media face of NCL’s mega event ICOMS?  Of course it’s Rosehub! Our esteemed client NCL hosted a two day one of a kind event on Opencast Mining Research and Technology on 14^th and 15^th December 2019.  

Team Rosehub has had buzzing days and night months before the event as we had to develop a dedicated website for the event which was a platform designed for the acceptance of abstracts, paper submission, registration and participation. It was a dynamic website which also had a feature of e-mail automation which had facilitated the ease of communication for the participants and visitors. A introductory and promotional video was also prepared by us so that people could know about the event in detail and the entire management of website was done by our team due to which there has been a substantial increase in the number of papers that were received for presentation.  

We also did live streaming of the event so that it could reach the masses and those who couldn’t attend it could also be a part of it. A continuous direct screening was done for both the days at two different halls where the event was carried out.  

We also provided them with the service of audio-video documentation which took place for the first time in the history of NCL and we ensured that none of the details were missed out by us. The document is also made available on social media as well as the website. 

Our efforts were highly appreciated by the concerned Heads and the Organizing committee and we were offered souvenir along with a special mention of thanks by the Manager.
